The wall came out. The family stayed home.

Kitchens, additions & new homes.

Priced in writing before work starts, with photos of the job every Friday until the final walkthrough.

Six questions, then a ballpark range for your project (demo figures).

The opened-up Oak Landing kitchen seen from the family room: a white-oak island with a brass faucet and four stools under three glass pendants, white upper cabinets, and a painted beam across the opening

What we build

Built for the way you live.

A renovated bathroom with a white-oak double vanity, two sinks and two mirrors on tile that runs to the ceiling, and a wall-hung toilet beside a frosted window

Bathrooms

Tile, plumbing and ventilation done properly behind the walls as well as in front of them, so the room still looks new in ten years.

A white farmhouse with a new wing built to match: the same roof pitch, white lap siding and dark metal roof, with large windows and French doors onto a patio

Additions

A bedroom, a garage or a sunroom that looks like it was always part of the house: matched rooflines, trim and materials.

  • Kitchens

Layouts that make sense, cabinetry that lasts, and a room that connects to the rest of the house. See an example

  • Porches & outdoor living

Screened porches and covered decks built for long Southern summers.

  • Whole-home renovation

Phased, room by room, so you can keep living in the house.

  • New custom homes

Your lot and your plans, with one point of contact to move-in day.

A two-storey house at the framing stage: a sheathed ground floor, stud walls and headers on the upper floor, and roof trusses set against a blue sky, with lumber stacked on a clean site

Workmanship

The parts you'll never see get the same care as the parts you will.

  • Framing checked before it's covered. We walk every wall with you before drywall goes up.
  • Water goes where it should. Flashing, slopes and vents are planned, not improvised on site.
  • Photos of what's inside your walls. You get a record of the plumbing and wiring before it's closed in.

  4. The last day

    Final walkthrough
